Julia Fox is flushing those pregnancy rumors down the drain.
The best-selling author, 34, inadvertently prompted speculation that she's pregnant after posting a video of herself sporting a baby bump.
In the Sept. 17 Instagram Story, in which she filmed herself in the mirror, she's wearing a white tank top and white boxer shorts while showing off what appeared to be her pregnant belly. She further fueled the flames cheekily captioning the post, “Oops.”
About an hour later, Julia—who shares 3-year-old son Valentino with her ex-husband, Peter Artemiev—posted another Instagram Story in which she clarified what was really going on.
"Omg its for a movie!!" she wrote over the image. "THE BELLY IS NOT REAL!!!"
Julia didn't specify what movie she's currently filming, so it's unclear exactly which movie she's sporting the faux baby bump for.
However, the Uncut Gems actress has no less than five previously announced upcoming movie roles, including the upcoming LGBTQ+ romantic drama Perfect.
In the movie, per Variety, Julia "will play a wealthy pregnant woman who is living out an escapist fantasy as she falls in love with a younger woman."
Julia shooting down pregnancy rumors came on the heels of her declaring that her acting career will be her priority in the near future.
The OMG Fashun host told Variety back in April that she's "most excited about a future in acting."
In terms of when she knows a project is right for her, Julia insisted that she follows her gut feeling about her collaborators.
"I just have to follow my instincts,” she said. "And be around people that trust me to do that.”
While Julia turned heads with her cheeky faux baby bump tease, she's proven countless times in the past that she's not afraid to get people talking, especially when it comes to her show-stopping fashion choices.
It's an approach to life that comes naturally to the star.
"I'm very instinctual," she told E! News in 2022. "I'm not a calculated type of celebrity trying to sell stuff. It's genuinely how I'm feeling, or if I want to express myself in a certain way or share something with the world."
She added, "I need to keep doing what I'm doing, which is being myself, and if it breaks the internet, it breaks the internet. If it doesn't, it doesn't. It's just another day."
